WE’RE SEEKING A VICE PRESIDENT, G2M!

Innsena is a strategy-first go-to-market consultancy for the health technology sector. Our consultancy works with public and private sector companies, non-profits and governmental entities to enter new markets, expand services and market share, leverage policy as a tailwind and improve interoperability, patient access and quality. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in G2M strategies spanning B2B healthcare partnership development, public affairs and public relations, sales strategy and enablement, and ideally key government policies affecting the health tech sector.

In this role, a successful candidate will:

  • Be an engaged and critical part of the leadership team, supporting company growth and principals in closing new business, growing Innsena’s market reputation and reinforcing/proposing new ways to establish a strong employee culture.
  • Serve as a key representative of Innsena, regularly interacting with clients, industry influencers and the market, often connecting clients with key market influencers and partners to build credibility and opportunities for growth.
  • Assess, recommend, design, and implement efficient, effective, and innovative approaches to accelerate client growth and impact of the client’s solution.
  • Have a firm understanding different types of communications, public affairs/relations, sales structures, partnership strategies, etc. to offer clients counsel on how to build a successful G2M plan.
  • Motivate and lead internal teams, building and overseeing integrated strategies across service lines, including communications and market access, supporting client sales and growth, and enhancing and protecting client reputation.
  • Inform, drive and design scalable and systematic approaches for go-to-market strategy, communication, and product development for Innsena, including new services and partnerships.
  • Represent clients to key industry influencers, including industry influencers, government contacts, the media and others at conferences and meetings.
  • Interpret research, policy, and market dynamics to develop effective go-to-market strategies, critical market positioning dynamics, competitive landscape and understand/overcome barriers to growth.
  • Actively build your own personal brand to highlight the expertise and acumen of the Innsena team.
  • Other activities, as required.

This team member will serve a critical role serving as an integrated resource between Innsena’s market access and communications/public relations teams to maximize impact of our go-to-market strategies and solutions. This is an incredible opportunity to help scale an organization and inform and cultivate organization culture in a virtual consultancy. Responsibilities may change as our team grows.

An ideal candidate will have between 15+ years of experience in a client-facing role in health tech, policy or related roles, or a mix of work experience and advanced education. A bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred. Consulting experience in a client-facing role is strongly preferred. New business development experience required.
